pharmaceutical, chemical and alimentary products. Version according to EN 12115
Standards.
Construction
Inner tube:
UPE, clear colour, smooth, conductive through a black UPE helix stripe, food
grade.
Reinforcement: Plies of high strength synthetic cord, embedded steel wire
helix, copper wires (upon demand).
Cover: EPDM rubber, lilac colour, abrasion, ozone and weather resistant,
smooth, cloth finish.
Temperature range: -35°C ～+100°C / Sterilisation up to +130°C max 30 min.
Standard/Approval: FDA Standards and Italian
D.M. 21/03/73.
通用型可吸入输送用软管，广泛用于输送多种化学品、药品及食品。符合EN 12115标准。
软管结构：
内管：UPE(超高分子多聚乙烯),白色，平滑，黑色UPE螺旋导电条纹穿过内壁，食品级
增强层：高强度多层合成纤维，植入螺旋型金属钢线（按用户要求提供铜导线）。
外管：EPDM橡胶（三元乙丙），紫色，抗磨损，耐臭氧，耐大气侵蚀，平滑，布状表面。
温度范围：-35°C 至 100°C /可进行不超过30分钟温度达130°C蒸气消毒
工作压力：16bar。
安全系数：≥ 4 倍工作压力 (内径75mm以下)/ ≥ 3 倍工作压力(内径75mm以上)
质量标准：符合 FDA 标准；通过意大利D.M.21/03/73食品级认证
