Applications
•Premium milk and dairy rubber hose specifically designed to
convey milk and derivatives
and liquid fatty foodstuffs in general. For suction and delivery
purposes.
•Ideal solution in dairies, edible oil mills, cheese productions and
food industries in general
where the resistance to demanding applications together with
flexibility in use are required.
Construction
Inner tube: NBR rubber
(NAB90), clear, food quality, odourless and tasteless, smooth, mirror-like.
Reinforcement: Synthetic textile plies, embedded steel wire helix.
Cover: Synthetic rubber, blue colour, resistant to abrasion,
weather, ageing, smooth, cloth finish.
Temperature range: -20°C ～+90°C /Sterilisation
up to +130°C max 30 min.
Standard/Approval:FDA Standards, BfR German Legislation
and Italian D.M. 21/03/73.

•软管表层合成材料能抵抗普通清洁剂，拥有良好的耐大气侵蚀和耐老化性能。
软管结构：
内管：NBR橡胶(丁纳橡胶,NAB90)，白色，食品级，无臭味，无味道，平滑，镜面光滑。
增强层：高强度多层合成纤维，植入螺旋型金属钢线。
外管：合成橡胶，蓝色，抗磨损，耐大气侵蚀，耐老化，平滑，布状表面。
温度范围：-20°C 至 90°C /可进行不超过30分钟温度达130
°C蒸气消毒
质量标准：符合 FDA 标准；通过德国BfR和意大利D.M.21/03/73认证。
