WHITE BAND expansion joints for foodstuffs, also containing oil and fat. Liner corresponds to Recommendation XXI of BfR and FDA-21CFR 177.2600. Not approved for drinking water. Temperature range ( depending on medium ) - 20° C up to + 90° C, temporarily up to 100° C. Electrically non-conductive.
Liner : NBR light grey, seamless, abrasion resistant
Reinforcement : PA textile cord
Cover : Chloroprene ( CR )
Marking : White band, ERV DN .., PN .., production date Flanges 1) : Swiveling, PN 10/16, carbon steel, zinc plated
应用范围：
主要用于油脂类食品的输送。符合德国BFR和美国FDA的相关食品标准。
膨胀节结构:
内层: NBR合成橡胶，浅灰色，光滑，耐磨。
增强层：PA帘线增强纤维。
外层: CR合成橡胶，带一根白色环。
适用温度: -20 to 90℃（短时间使用可达100度）
适用标准及认证：BFR, FDA
其他：也可定制成可耐真空的膨胀节。
