Applications:
Multi functional premium quality mandrel built steam, hot water and food hose. Widely used in the food industry sector e.g. creameries, bottling plants, breweries, dairies, food processing, including abattoirs. Resistant to fatty foods. Cover non-marking and pricked to allow ventilation of heat when used at high temperatures and reduce the risk of separation
Construction:
Tube: Extruded white food grade EPDM, FDA approved compounds.
Reinforcement: High strength textile yarns.
Cover: Blue EPDM, pin pricked.
Temperature range: -20℃ to +170℃
Water: - 20℃～+ 95℃, WP = 17 bar. Saturated or superheated steam: + 170℃ 7 bar.

使用范围：
采用硬芯工艺制作的一款软管，可用于输送蒸汽，热水和食品。广泛应用在牛奶厂、装瓶厂、啤酒厂、乳制品厂、食品加工厂、屠宰场等食品工厂。外面可耐油脂，外胶采用无痕橡胶并采用针刺工艺极大降低了因输送高温介质而引起的管子爆裂情况。
软管结构：
内管：白色食品级EPDM，符合FDA
增强层：高强度合成纤维
外管：蓝色EPDM，布纹面，采用针刺工艺
温度范围：-20℃ ～ +170℃
水：-20℃～+95℃，工作压力17bar
饱和或过热蒸汽：最高到+170℃ /工作压力为7bar
