Applications:

it is suitable for conveying purified water through cable in induction electric furnace water cooling system with voltage 6KV. High insulation, wear-resisting and anti-aging.

Construction:

Tube: black smooth high insulation EPDM synthetic rubber.

Reinforcement: high strength polyester fiber.

Cover: green or black, high insulation EPDM synthetic rubber. Smooth for ID≤1",  fabric impression for ID＞1”.

Electrical resistance: high insulation, excellent low leakage current. The leakage current was less than 20 Micro Amp at 6KV DC/AC voltage.

Temperature range: -40 °C +120 °C

Environmental standards: EU pahs-2, REACH, ROHS directive.

Technical standard: HG/T2184, CJAN

应用范围：

适用于电压6KV内感应电炉水冷系统穿电缆输送纯净水。纯净无碳，高绝缘，耐磨、抗老化。

软管结构：

内管：黑色光滑高绝缘EPDM合成橡胶。

增强层: 高强度聚酯纤维线。

外管：绿色，光面（1"以上布面），纯净无碳、高绝缘EPDM合成橡胶；其他黑色/红色/蓝色可根据客户要求定制。

耐电压：

高绝缘，优秀的低泄露电流。在6KV DC/AC电压下，泄露电流小于20 Micro Amp。

适用温度：-40 to 120 ℃。

环保标准：符合欧盟PAHS-2、REACH、ROHS指令。
